The Event Format

• Dates of Play 6th & 7th April 2012 (Free Bonus Day – PowerPlay Golf Challenge Trophy on 5th April for early arrivals, two flags each hole, easy or hard you decide!)
• Competition Format - 18 Hole Team Texas Scramble (4 Ball Teams) at Red Mountain 6th April, Played off Blue Tees for Men and White for Ladies. All Players H’caps will be added together and divided by 8 to give team H’cap.
• Individual 18 Hole Stableford Competition (4 Ball Teams) at Loch Palm on 7th April, which will be played off the Blue Tees for Men and White for Ladies.
• Handicaps – Stableford Format
• Book as a Team of Four and you play as Team of Four on Both Days, Pairs Booked will play as pair and paired with other Pairs, otherwise all players will be mixed based on Handicaps, with Low Handicapper playing with Three High or Medium Handicapper’s. Should you wish you’re Team or Pair mixed up for Texas Scramble Day even though you have booked a Team of Four, please advise at booking time.

• Best Team Texas Scramble (Day One)
• Best Single Men’s Stableford score (1st, 2nd and 3rd Place)
• Best Single Ladies Stableford score (1st, 2nd and 3rd Place)
• Nearest the Pin (each day)
• Longest Drive (each day)
• Hole In One Challenge (each day, sponsor dependant)
• Nearest The Line Challenge (each day)

Programme of Events:

• Day One - Arrival 5th April 2012
• Arrival of Overseas Guests (flight details required prior to arrival for airport collection)
• Early arrivals can play free in the PowerPlay Golf Challenge Trophy over nine holes at Phuket Country Club, starting tee off times from Noon onwards.
• 8-10pm Welcome Party and Registration Evening with collection of goody bags. This is a must attend event for registration purposes and the only window of opportunity to collect your goody bags.
• Day Two - 6th April 2012 (Texas Scramble Team Event)
• Breakfast served from 6.30am to 9am (free seating)
• Course Departure from Hotel by Bus Transfer to Red Mountain, times T.B.C.
• Texas Team Score Card collection in Foyer of Red Mountain.
• Team Tee Off Times – Shotgun Start T.B.C. dependant on numbers.
• Hotel Departure from Course by Bus Transfer as each bus fills up after golf.
• Evening Free to enjoy the delights of Soi Bangla, or whatever rocks your boat.
• Day Three - 7th April 2012 (Stableford Individual Event)
• Breakfast served from 6.30am to 9am
• Course Departure from Hotel by Bus Transfer to Loch Palm, times T.B.C.
• Individual Score Card collections at Registration area in Loch Palm Clubhouse.
• Team Tee Off Times – Shotgun Start T.B.C. dependant on numbers.
• Hotel Departure from Course by Bus Transfer as each bus fills up after golf.
• Prize Giving Dinner and Charity Auction starting at 8pm (International Food Buffet)
• Day Four - Departure 8th April 2012
• Breakfast served from 6.30am to 10pm
• Check out time up to 2pm
• Transfers back to Phuket International Airport (flights details required by hotel no later than 6th April 2012)
